Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Operational Planning & Execution

- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

5. Strategic & Financial Management
- Support management in business planning and operational strategy execution.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, cost analysis, and efficiency metrics for review.
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost optimization across operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, Mechanical/Textile Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in textile, machinery, or engineering services sector.
- Strong knowledge of production workflows, service management, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Lean/Kaizen will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
