Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive (B2B) to connect with potential business clients, generate leads, and drive sales growth. The candidate must have excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi to interact with clients across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
- Record and update client information in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Hindi more advantage (verbal and written).
- 1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in B2B telesales/telecalling.
- Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
