**Job Summary**
The Quality Team representative is responsible for providing meaningful feedback to GBS sites and acting as a mentor to help improve the customer experience. He / She will measure quality performance through analyzing and auditing all functions of the customer experience and provide written feedback to all levels of GBS site employees. He / She will be considered as process experts and will provide coaching and training to operational management teams.
**Job Duties**
- Analyze customer service calls or emails to identify areas of improvements, trends, and offer suggestions to improve the customer's experience.
- Perform call/email observations on various UPS Small Package topics, e.g., time in transit, pick up, tracking, tracing, etc.
- Recognize trends, disconnects, training gaps and contributing towards actionable insights.
- Perform internal/external calibration sessions.
**Skill Requirement**
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skill.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Very good organizational skills, patience, and accuracy.
- Punctual and strict adherence to work guidelines, e.g., start time, no unplanned leaves, application usage time, etc.

As a product support staff in Quality, the Product Quality Specialist has responsibility for working with Product Quality Leaders (PQL), International Distribution Quality, Quality Control, Regulatory, Process Development, Quality Assurance and other groups on projects including support of product specifications, in-process controls, periodic and annual product review, and complaint resolutions.

+ Support PQ work for late-stage and/or commercial biologic or synthetic programs, including actions required for the PQT, APR, specifications, comparability, stability programs, and PQ owned regulatory filing sections and responses to questions (RTQ)
+ Support science and risk-based evaluation of complex process and product quality data such as in-process, release and stability data, complaints, method performance etc.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Quality Control Specialist to join our Real-World Data (RWD) team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of data assets and deliverables by conducting routine data quality and characterization reviews, developing new data quality checks to investigate data fitness for purpose, leading data schema change impact assessments, and cultivating strong relationships with data vendors.
