- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, hygiene practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
