5+ years hands-on experience working with Selenium - BDD Automation using Java

5+ years of strong development experience in any programming language for customized integrations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborates with project stakeholders to create a structured project test plan for all functional and technical system components, and defines assumptions, risks and user acceptance criteria

Assists in documenting custom testing frameworks and requirement traceability matrix

Assists with setup and maintenance of test environments for both manual and automated testing

Leverages manual testing methodologies: functional testing, integration testing, white box testing, black box testing, and regression testing

Skills and Experience

Requires a minimum of 5 years experience as a software testing engineer, in roles having progressive responsibilities

Proficiency in front-end and back-end testing of configurable off-the-shelf solutions and custom applications, which may be client server, web-based, or mobile

Requires strong integration testing skills for testing APIs with internal and external endpoints, including utilizing Postman and analyzing XMLs and JSON.

Proficiency in SQL back-end end testing is required

Experience with testing NoSQL databases, especially Couchbase, is desired

Mobile testing experience is a plus

Proficiency using mobile simulators, such as Lambda Test is required

Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps (ADO) are a plus.
