**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Analyze and validate the data content of files to be ingested.
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the data ingestion process.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs.
+ Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes.

**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in health informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
+ Strong understanding of healthcare data and healthcare payer systems.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
