Primary Responsibilities:

- Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy
- Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts)
- Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients
- Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy.
- Should be responsible for Team Management & Development
- To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects
- Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams

Essential Skills/Competencies

- Proven expertise in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectors
- Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
