Requirement:

• 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
• Experience in any programming language or tech stack is acceptable; a strong grasp of APIs, data formats (e.g., JSON), and logical thinking is more critical than specific toolsets.
• Strong general technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
• Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
• Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate a variety of content (e.g., Automotive manuals, presentations) from English to (Target Language) and vice versa.

• Produce and edit transcripts in line with our transcription style guide.

• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate.

• Proofread and edit translated material for grammar, consistency, and terminology.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content creators, marketing, legal) to clarify concepts and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain and update translation memory tools, glossaries, and style guides.

• Perform quality assurance checks on translated documents.

• Meet assigned deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and (Target Language), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of grammar, sentence structure, and the relationship between spoken and written language.

• Japanese language certification at B1 or B2 level (JLPT N2 or N3 or equivalent)
