The Junior Radiology Technician position at Spandana Hospital seeks a motivated individual to join our team in Bangalore. The Radiology Technician will operate critical imaging equipment, perform scans, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive high-quality care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in operating radiology equipment is mandatory for ensuring accuracy and precision in imaging.
- Expertise in handling X-ray imaging equipment, which is crucial for producing detailed radiographs (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in MRI scanning, to create high-resolution images using magnetic resonance technology (Mandatory skill).
- Skill in patient positioning to ensure optimal imaging results and patient comfort during procedures.
- Familiarity with PACS systems for effectively storing, retrieving, and managing digital medical images.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to perform quality assurance tests on equipment to maintain high standards of operation and safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact compassionately and professionally with patients and healthcare staff.
