The candidate will participate in the research and development of advanced wireless technology. The candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Design and development of advanced wireless LAN technologies,
2. Develop simulations using Matlab or C++ to verify the new features
3. Work closely with the rest of system team or hardware design teams to analyze the data and brainstorm the enhancement for next generation products.

Required Qualifications:

- PhD or Master Candidate in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ Years of work experience
- Must understand the fundamentals of signal processing and digital communications
- Must understand the fundamentals of machine learning and/or hardware accelerator
- Must be fluent in C/C++, MATLAB
- Desirable to have scripting and automation skills
- Desirable to have hands-on experience with wireless communication hardware
- Desirable to be familiar with IEEE WLAN 802.11 standards

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mobile network engineering, with a strong focus on RAN optimization for 4G/5G technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of RAN principles, including RF planning, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., TEMS, WindCatcher, Actix).
• Understanding of 5G NR architecture, features, and deployment scenarios.
• Experience with parameter optimization and feature configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Wireless LAN - OS Requirement

Experience : 4 to 6 years

Required Skills: Good knowledge of tools for Wi-Fi traffic testing (Iperf, Chariot), protocol analysis (Omnipeek, Wireshark, tshark), Network traffic analysis (tcpdump). Good knowledge of IP networking is mandatory. (IP, DNS, DHCP, Multicast)
