We’re AltCore — an immersive tech company building tools, products, and experiences that help industries transform how people see, learn, and engage with spaces.
Real estate is one of our biggest playgrounds — from interactive 3D sales tools to cinematic walkthroughs and XR-enabled experiences, we’re helping developers sell smarter, faster, and more impressively.
Now, we need a sales hustler who knows the real estate game inside out — and can take our immersive solutions to market.
Your Mission (your superpower)
Be the one who gets AltCore into the rooms where real estate deals happen. You’ll identify opportunities, pitch our immersive solutions, and close deals that help developers sell properties before they’re even built.
Your Role in the Story
As our Sales Manager – Real Estate, you will:
- Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, architects & property marketers.
- Identify sales opportunities and craft winning pitches for altcore’s immersive tools.
- Translate complex tech into simple, compelling business value (faster sales, higher trust, premium positioning).
- Drive the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing accounts.
- Collaborate with the creative and tech teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Represent altcore at real estate events, expos, and client showcases.
Who You Really Are
You’re not just a salesperson. You are:
- A networker who knows the real estate ecosystem.
- A storyteller who can pitch immersive tools as business weapons.
- A closer with a track record of winning deals.
- A hustler who thrives in startup environments with big targets and no excuses.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in real estate sales, proptech, or related sectors (architectural visualization, property marketing, interiors, etc.).
- Proven record of closing deals with developers/brokers.
- Comfort with explaining tech solutions to non-tech clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Startup mindset — self-driven, adaptable, and hungry.
Why You’ll Love Building Here
Unlimited potential — because immersive tech in real estate is just getting started.
Founding team role — help shape AltCore’s entry into real estate.
Sell solutions that make people go: “Wow, I’ve never seen this before.”
- Collaborate with an insanely creative team of technologists & designers.
