We have an opening with us for the position of “JIT - Manager” in our Nashik JIT Centre .
Responsibilities:
JIT Management System include ensuring JIT standards are met, improving processes, and managing risks with manufacturing a product at GA India plant Works activity towards JIT target objectives in collaboration with commercials team . Job holders in this role may take responsibility for the improvement of components within the all JIT process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
General and Task Management
• Manage the operative result for the JIT.
• Coordinate, supervise and follow the annual budget to assure the meeting of the rules stated by the Board of Directors.
• Total Quality Implementation and observance.
• Analysis and follow up of the Factory results.
• Coordinate Labor relations and negotiation of Conventions with unions.
• Assure safety regulations accomplishment and safety work environment in the factory.
To ensure Quality System accomplishment.
• Guarantee and implement Grupo Antolin Compliance directives in the factory.
• Integrate and monitor sustainability in the decisions and daily actions of the company's professionals, focusing on their impact for the future of the business.
Relationship Management
• JIT management principle that involves maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with an organization's stakeholders.
• Determine who your stakeholders are and what their relationship is to the organization.
• Identify and prioritize which stakeholder relationship dimensions need immediate attention. For example, prioritize according to the risk of non-compliance with customer requirements.
• Establish stakeholder relationships that balance short-term benefits with long-term goals.
• Establish cooperation with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders aimed at development and improvement.
• Avoid mutual accusations and work together to find optimal solutions to problems, eliminate, and prevent discrepancies. Communication should be open and two-way.

• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercially and financially aware with strong analytical skills
• Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Strong understanding of JIT management principles and industry standards.

Familiarity with audit techniques and risk management processes
Knowledge of statistical audits
Education:
Graduation- Graduation/ Diploma /Degree
Experience:
Experience in JIT in a position equivalent to at least 10 to 15 years.

Responsibilities:
To collect and logistics data and information in order to estimate order associated with manufacturing a product at GA India plant . Works proactively towards cost target objectives in collaboration with commercials team . Job holders in this role may take responsibility for the amount of components within the all logitics process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
General and Task Management
•Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.
• Verify that shipments match the purchase order or delivery note in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications.
• Check goods for any damages or defects and report discrepancies to the relevant department or supplier.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming goods, including the documentation such as delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Inventory uploading
• Organize and store received materials or products in designated storage areas in an efficient and safe manner
• Label and tag goods as required, ensuring proper identification and categorization of stock.
• Perform regular checks to ensure that goods in the store are properly accounted for and match the records.
• Coordinate with the Store operator to resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
