Role Overview:
The Hiring Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process across departments. - Highlight delays, hiring gaps, or poor sourcing performance to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or HR certification is a plus.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial or coordination role.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and deadline management.
