Job duties
- Manage coordination for and within the US and LATAM recruitment team
- Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics
- Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline
- Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline
- Support the lead recruiter in adhoc tasks
- Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
- Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with experience in recruitment preferred
- Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree required
