This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is essential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across various departments.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build interview plans.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at virtual career fairs and industry events.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor compensation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical roles.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of current HR laws and best practices related to recruitment.
