We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales (preferably from a reputed staffing or RPO firm) to drive business acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic accounts in the manufacturing domain. This is a field-oriented role combining new business hunting, consultative selling, client relationship management and delivery coordination.
Key responsibilities· Own end-to-end sales for staffing, RPO, and workforce solutions to manufacturing & industrial clients across Delhi NCR and industrial clusters.
· Develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed revenue targets and growth KPIs.
· Hunt and convert new enterprise accounts (factories, OEMs, EPC contractors, process plants, etc.) and expand share with existing clients.
· Lead consultative sales: gather hiring forecasts, propose staffing models (contract, permanent, blended RPO, project staffing), prepare commercial proposals and negotiate SOWs/Service Agreements.
· Drive end-to-end deal closure — from lead generation, client presentations, pilots/RFP responses, pricing, contract signing to rollout coordination with delivery teams.
· Collaborate with recruitment & operations teams to ensure SLA-driven delivery, onboarding, quality of hires, and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM;
update forecasts and provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership.
· Manage client escalations and ensure seamless coordination between client, operations and payroll/compliance teams.
· Represent ShramIN at industry events, trade clusters, and client sites;
build employer-brandingand referral channels.
· Mentor/coach junior sales executives (if applicable) and contribute to building scalable sales processes & pricing playbooks.
Must-have profile· 6–8 years of sales experience in staffing / recruitment / RPO companies (experience selling to manufacturing/industrial clients is mandatory).
· MBA (preferred) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise staffing/RPO deals in the manufacturing sector.
· Deep understanding of staffing commercial models (markup, CTC, day-rate, project pricing), RPO engagement structures, SLAs and delivery constraints.
· Strong network and existing client contacts within manufacturing/industrial clusters will be an advantage.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation and consultative-selling skills.
· Comfortable with frequent field travel, client-site meetings and overnight stays when required.
· High ownership, target-orientation, resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
Desired skills & competencies· Experience preparing RFP responses, commercial proposals and SOWs.
· Strong CRM discipline (experience with Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar).
· Good financial acumen — ability to model deal economics, margins and pricing sensitivity.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Stakeholder management — ability to engage HR heads, plant managers, COOs and procurement teams.
· Basic understanding of labour laws, contract staffing compliance and payroll implications is a plus.

Job Summary: The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for the Asia-Pac GCC within Domestic Recruitment and Staffing practice. The Client Relationship Manager builds and manages key client relationships;
and is responsible for top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Account Planning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.
- Business Development: responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle. - Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work.
- Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements
- Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- MBA from a reputed Business School
- 5+ years of prior experience in the IT Consulting / Staffing and Recruitment Industry is preferred
- Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
- Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
- Visiting client sites weekly to ensure above strategies are implemented in person.
Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for achieving exceptional results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
