Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract candidates through various job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, etc.
- Manage official recruiter accounts and job postings effectively.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
2. Onboarding
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Facilitate new hire orientation to introduce company policies, values, and culture.
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- 3. Induction & Integration
- Plan and execute induction sessions to help new hires understand their roles.
- Assist employees in settling into their roles and the organization smoothly.
- Support managers and teams in ensuring new employees become productive and engaged.
- Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Effective communication skills

**Your role and responsibilities**
As Assistant Manager-Recruitment, you are responsible for working with partners and provide end to end recruitment support. You will work closely with the client, IBM's operation management, and staff. You will define, develop, plan and implement sourcing strategies to provide a qualified talent pool.
* Take ownership of sourcing life cycle, ensuring process adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) as appropriate, and taking actions where necessary to drive to success.
* Conduct initial assessment of candidate suitability.
* Follow new methods with the approach for sourcing candidates and generating new leads.
* Work in conjunction with the business head in the establishment of weekly/quarterly/yearly Global Delivery Center goals
* Utilize ATS to perform candidate screening (and other program tools)
* Ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent and resolve meaningful strength of the talent in the pool.
* Update status of Candidates on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly
* Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* 6-8 years of experience in recruitment standard methodologies
* Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
* Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels
* Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
* Build expertise in deep domain knowledge, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation
* Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about recruiting
* Proficiency and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will be an advantage
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals.
· Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.
