Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced, highly driven consultants to deliver a range of temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to a large, diverse client base.
• Driving the strategic direction of the team and achieving financial objectives as set in the business plan• Developing team members through coaching, mentoring, on the job learning, training, performance management and development activities
• Always looking for new business opportunities, networking and cross marketing – working with the Branch Manager to attain this opportunity• At least 3-4 years demonstrated recruitment experience and management of recruitment consultants
