Role Overview
Admaren is seeking a strategic and execution-driven HR professional to design and institutionalize scalable HR systems and processes. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will focus on enabling a robust Performance Management System (PMS) , preparing the organization for ISO and GPTW certifications , and acting as the internal project owner for HRMS transformation in partnership with external consultants. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Enable the design and rollout of a structured PMS aligned with Admaren’s growth strategy.
- Work with leadership to translate company goals into measurable outcomes through KPIs, KRAs, or OKRs.
- Build frameworks and processes to run reviews, track outcomes, and link results with career development and rewards.
- Drive manager and employee adoption of the PMS.
HR Systems & Technology
- Act as the internal project owner for HRMS transformation, working closely with external consultants and vendors.
- Benchmark HRMS platforms and ensure seamless integration with PMS, LMS, and core HR functions.
- Drive adoption of HR systems and build reporting/analytics capabilities.
Process Design & Certification
- Build and document scalable HR policies and SOPs.
- Prepare HR operations for ISO and Great Place to Work (GPTW) certifications.
- Balance structure and compliance requirements with organizational agility.
Learning & Development Integration
- Support the design and integration of an LMS that ties learning outcomes to performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align learning interventions with business and career needs.
- Strengthen the learning culture across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualification
- Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 6–12 years of HR experience with a strong track record in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or HR Systems .
- Experience to design, roll out, and institutionalize PMS frameworks, and enable leadership in defining KPIs/OKRs.
- Experience preparing organizations for certifications such as ISO and GPTW (or similar audits/process frameworks).
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) either standalone or HRMS-embedded with experience in linking learning programs to performance outcomes.
- Hands-on involvement in HRMS evaluation/implementation projects (Zoho, Keka, Zimyo, Darwinbox, Workday, etc.) and ability to drive adoption.
- Strong skills in policy/process building, documentation, and change enablement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect HR data to organizational effectiveness.
- Prior exposure to scaling or fast-growing organizations is a strong plus.
