Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our Irish recruitment team. This role will involve assisting in the hiring and onboarding process, reviewing CVs, guiding candidates on travel and documentation, and handling day-to-day administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing and shortlisting CVs for open positions in Ireland and the Netherlands.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the Irish recruitment team.
  • Provide candidates with accurate information regarding job roles, visa documentation, and travel guidelines.
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and reports.
