Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AI red teaming , LLM safety testing, or adversarial prompt design.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering , NLP tasks, and ethical considerations in generative AI.
  • Strong background in Quality Assurance , content review, or test case development for AI/ML systems.

* Strong expertise in OpenShift for deploying, managing, and scaling applications in cloud environments, Deep knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and related Java-based technologies.
* Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
* Expert in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, Strong understanding of security best practices, including data protection and secure transactions in a banking context, Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka)

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Lead the design and construction of new mobile solutions using the latest technologies, always looking to add business value and meet user requirements.
* Strive for continuous improvements by testing the build solution and working under an agile framework.
* Discover and implement the latest technologies trends to maximize and build creative solutions
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* At least 3 years' experience on Kubernetes and 1 year on openshift 4.X
* Knowledge of Advance cluster Management, Cluster Security
* Trouble shoot the OpenShift Cluster (Network, Security, Storage), Ability to setup OpenShift Container Platform on VMWARE
* Extensive knowledge in Docker and YAML scripting
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Have worked with Red Hat ISV towards product patching and upgrades of OpenShift
* Experience in onboarding .net runtime on OpenShift
* Good to have (Not Mandatory) Advance Cluster Management.
