2. Execute extraction processes according to standard operating procedures. Monitor extraction equipment and adjust parameters as necessary to optimize extraction efficiency.
3. Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during extraction operations.
4. Desolventisers: Operate desolventising equipment to remove solvents from extracted materials. Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters to ensure effective desolventisation.
5. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of desolventising units.
6. Operate chiller units to control temperature in various processes. Monitor chiller performance and adjust settings as required. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of chiller equipment.
7. Perform centrifuge filtration processes to separate solids from liquids. Set up and operate centrifuge equipment according to standard procedures.Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of centrifuge units.
8. Operate filter presses for the separation of solids and liquids. Monitor filtration processes and adjust parameters for optimal performance.Replace filter media and perform routine maintenance on filter press equipment.
9. Spray Drying Operation:Conduct spray drying operations to convert liquid substances into powdered form. Set up spray drying equipment and adjust parameters for desired product characteristics.Monitor drying process and make necessary adjustments to optimize product quality.
10. Perform tray drying processes to remove moisture from materials. Load trays with materials and set drying parameters as per requirements. Monitor drying progress and ensure uniform drying of materials.
11. Operate multi mills for size reduction and granulation of materials.Adjust mill settings and screen sizes to achieve desired particle size distribution.Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of multi mill equipment.
12. Blenders Operation:Operate blenders for homogenization and mixing of materials. Follow blending recipes and adjust settings to meet product specifications.Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of blender units.
13. Sifters Handling: Handle sifters for sieving and classification of materials.Adjust sifter settings to achieve desired particle size distribution. Clean and maintain sifter screens and equipment.
14. Hands-On Experience in Packing of Powders: Pack powders into containers or bags according to specified weights and requirements.Operate packing equipment such as filling machines and sealers.Ensure accurate labelling and packaging of finished products.
15. Additional Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times.sCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in operating similar equipment within a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Employee is responsible for signing off on the proper cleanup paperwork as needed.
- Maintain good personal hygiene.
- Needs to perform an intentional area walk through once per hour.
- Required to attend two safety huddles per day.
- Needs to maintain good records of supplies dispersed.
- Responsible for knowing the different PPEs that will be required for each position.
- Employee will be responsible for starting and stopping the line.
- Employee will be responsible for starting and stopping all equipment for their area.
- Must attend cut change huddles as needed.
- Employee may have to assist other process operators during cut changes.
- Works cleanups as assigned.
- Maintain a working 5S environment.
- May be required to come to the review and response meeting.
- Aides in the training of newer employees as directed by the supervisory staff.
- Other duties may be assigned by supervisors as needed.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and understand both verbal and written instructions. .
- Must have a basic mechanical aptitude.
