- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing operations.
- Proven experience in coordinating transportation and managing inventory.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
