Overview
The Regional Sales Head will lead business growth for Fusion Furnish in the assigned region. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on sales leader who can manage client relationships, drive new business acquisition, close large-value deals, and mentor the business development team.
What you’ll do
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across corporates, architects, PMCs, and contractors.
- Ensure healthy sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and consistent order booking.
Client Engagement & Closures
- Lead negotiations and presentations with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams).
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Represent Fusion Furnish at trade events, exhibitions, and industry networking platforms.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor Business Development Executives in lead generation and client interaction.

Coordination & Process Management

Market Intelligence
