As Field Service & Technical Advising Specialist-Generator, you shall be responsible for:
o Execution of Turbogenerator outages of own fleets as well as Other OEM fleets in SQDC (Safety-Quality-Delivery-Cost) sequence.

- Align towards outage execution excellence, including cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Sourcing, Project Management, Safety and Quality functions to achieve outage execution KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to compliance as per company standards, laws & regulations during outage execution.
- Ensure regular rigor towards site DMS (Daily Mangement System) to achieve field service outage milestones.
- Ensure consistent application of business tools and processes applicable to the scope of outages being executed.
- Follow Field Service Management processes for Generator Core services as well as Repair Outage .
- Uses technical experience for data analysis to support recommendations. Collaborates with internal and cross-functional resources to arrive at conclusions.
- Capture, report & implement outages best practices.
- Drive lessons learned and technical close-out with tangible outcomes/deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering/or equivalent stream from an accredited university or college. Significant experience in the outage execution of large Turbogenerators, preferably on 100 MW and above.
- At least 6+ years of relevant field experience for Graduate Engineer or 8+ years of relevant field experience for Diploma Engineers in executing Turbogenerator outages at various sites/customers.

Should have sound fundamentals and knowledge on Turbogenerator technologies with operational aspects of various fleets.
- Sound exposure to constructional features for successful outage execution and key deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS word/MS excel/MS Power Point) etc

- Exposure and knowledge on scheduling packages such as MS Project shall be preferred.

_We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team, specializing in the Troubleshooting of field complaint and perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of Wabtec systems. The candidate will require to have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and Pneumatic circuit diagrams, electronic components, and their working principles. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing of Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems._
**_Roles and responsibility are as_** **_below:_**
**_Production_** **_Support:_** _Assist_ _in_ _the_ _Installation,_ _commissioning,_ _Testing_ _of_ _Wabtec system/Product_ _in_ _the_ _rolling_ _stock_ **_Field Complaint Resolution:_** _Troubleshoot and resolve the field complaints related to Wabtec systems, providing_ _timely_ _resolution_ _and_ _closure_ _of_ _the_ _complaints. Such_ _requirement relates_ _to_ _troubleshooting_ _the_ _Mechanical,_ _electrical,_ _electronics,_ _pneumatic or maintenance related issues and relacing the defective part to close the complaint within the contractual_ _timelines._ **_Installation_** **_and_** **_Commissioning:_** _Support_ _the_ _installation_ _and_ _commissioning_ _of_ _the_ _Wabtec_ _product_ _and_ _performing_
_the required testing. Enabling customer to perform the task in a right manner if_ _needed._
**_Retrofit, Maintenance and Repairs:_** _Perform retrofit, regular maintenance and emergency repairs on Wabtec products inline with procedure and site requirement._ **_Reporting and Documentation:_** _Report and record the field interventions performed by himself and_ _associated_
_team. The service engineer would require making a report of the issue and also get the Joint notes or associated document as needed by customer contract. Daily, weekly and Monthly reports to be submitted to manager._
**_NCR and Failed Part Management:_** _Maintain accountability for Non-Conformance Reports (NCR),_ _maintain_
_consumed spares/Failed part and site spares data. Organizing the dispatch of the defective parts from site to plant in co-ordination with plant team._
**_Customer Interaction:_** _Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide_ _clear_
_explanations of the work performed. Follow up the closure of Nonconformity reports and work orders_ _issued._
**_Travel:_** _Willingness_ _to_ _travel_ _across_ _India_ _to_ _various_ _sites_ _as_ _needed_ _for_ _warranty,_ _installation_ _&_ _Commissioning,_ _retrofit_ _and maintenance service for the customer order._ **_Safety, Quality, and Compliance:_** _Ensure all work is performed in accordance with our organization's strict_ _safety,_ _quality, and compliance_ _standards._
