2. Job Summary:

• A proven individual with experience in delivering technical training or hands-on operations in Wind and/or Solar Energy domains.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging instructional sessions, both theoretical and practical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor trainees and engage with internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of wind turbine technologies (e.g., Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision) and solar energy systems, including modules and inverters (string or central types).

3. Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Wind and/or Solar Energy systems, tailored to different learner levels.
• Develop, update, and enhance curriculum and course materials aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Deliver structured curriculum covering wind turbine OEMs like Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision, and solar energy systems solar systems (modules, inverters, design, and installation).
• Provide real-world demonstrations and supervise lab-based training.
• Mentor trainees through their learning journey, offering individual guidance and career advice.
• Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions to broaden student exposure.
• Assess students’ performance and deliver constructive feedback.
• Stay abreast of industry developments in wind, solar, and other renewable technologies.
• Work collaboratively with fellow instructors and support staff to continuously improve course content and delivery.

4. Qualifications

• Technical Graduate /or Diploma in a relevant discipline with 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
• Practical working knowledge of Suzlon, GE, SGRE, Inox, Envision wind turbines, and/or solar power systems.
• Familiarity with broader renewable energy systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Passion for education and skill-building in renewable energy.

Secondary steel and topside design play a crucial role in offshore wind topside foundations, ensuring safe access, structural integrity, and long-term durability. Job Overview:

Secondary steel and topside design play a crucial role in offshore wind topside foundations, ensuring safe access, structural integrity, and long-term durability.

Skills & Qualification:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Marine Engineering or similar discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in design of steel structures and connections .
• A track record of applying your understanding of structural engineering principles, hand calculations/sketches, and fabrication/construction process to produce efficient designs inline with design standard requirements such as European, NORSOK, American, Indian or any other international standards.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team of engineers to deliver work packages. Good communication skills in English with experience coordinating across disciplines and with stakeholders, both in person and remotely.
• Good knowledge in review of 3D CAD models in Tekla, Revit, Navisworks, or similar.
• Knowledge of advanced engineering concepts such as Fatigue, Dynamics, Non-Linear analyses etc. as well as experience in a software package such as e.g. Robot, STAAD-PRO, IDEA StatiCa, Abaqus or similar is advantageous

Role & Responsibility

• Design steel structures such as internal/external platforms, b oat landings, topsides, access arrangements, anode cages etc., and deliver inventive and effective designs aligned with project needs.
• Develop layout and general arrangement of secondary steel along with analytical models, calculations, reports and specifications aligned with latest health and safety standards for offshore wind foundation design.
• Lead a team of steel engineers and collaborate with BIM engineers, Project Managers, Discipline Leads and other stakeholders in conceptual, FEED and detailed design projects.
