JOB SUMMARY


  • The Data Analytics Reporting Lead will play a key role in providing campaign analytics to help Snow’s healthcare clients make informed marketing decisions, measure program success, and tell a business impact story.


  • The person in this role should support the team in insight and requirement gathering from stakeholders and bring those insights to Strategy & Insights leadership.


  • All members of the this team are expected to provide excellent customer service.


  • This position will support the development and communication of key metrics & analysis for Snow’s omnichannel direct-to-patient marketing programs which may include direct mail, email, live events, call centers, mentor programs, texting, digital media, and social media.


  • The Data Analytics Reporting Lead reports to Strategy and Insights leadership.


The Data Analytics Reporting Lead must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:


  • Obtain a functional understanding of the use of Snow’s systems and applications. Export, consolidate, and analyze data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms.


  • Audit data for consistency, accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence. Identify key insights and make strategic recommendations based on findings from data analysis.


  • Utilize excellent writing skills and independent judgment to condense information quickly and present analysis and conclusions in an efficient, logical manner. Must be able to utilize discretion and judgment and think through the lens of what clients and accounts need.


  • Independently produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/EOY & ad hoc reports and dashboards to tell the story of a campaign effectively and efficiently with minimal oversight and errors.


  • Monitor and track key email marketing metrics including delivery, open rates, click rates, conversion, and opt-outs.


  • Generate insightful visualizations to depict trends in data and inform recommendations.


  • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of both multi- and omnichannel marketing strategies by guiding their implementation to optimize engagement and increase audience retention.


  • Partner with key internal stakeholders, including account services, event management, call centers, digital, technology solutions, and database management to design and implement measurement plans for direct-to-patient marketing programs.


  • Independently prepare for, run and present all client work within the analytics umbrella.


  • Consistently and confidently interact with clients and advise them, while keeping manager informed before and afterward.


  • While keeping supervisor informed, drive timelines and next steps with account team, project management team, and shared services team, operating with a full understanding of the project.

In this vital role the Sales Operations Manager, Field Data & Reporting - Rep Alerts/Suggestions Program Analyst will play a key role in establishing and supporting Amgen's Rep Alerts/Suggestions program. This capability, which involves multiple teams across multiple functions to enable, leverages business rules and advanced data science models to analyze large amounts of information to generate actionable insights for our US field sales representatives. By ensuring timely delivery of Rep Alerts/Suggestions, this capability directly enables field teams to prioritize customer engagements, focus on the right topics, and ultimately improve productivity and impact.
**Responsibilities**
**Program Management**
+ Support the ongoing management and execution of Amgen's Rep Alerts/Suggestions program
+ Lead the cross-functional team to design, implement, and operationalize the Rep Alerts/Suggestions capability
+ Oversee cadence and delivery of Rep Alerts/Suggestions to US field sales teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and business relevance
+ Evaluate and implement new approaches (AI/ML, automation, personalization) to improve the quality of Rep Alerts/Suggestions
+ Drive continuous improvements in the end-to-end process, from data ingestion to field delivery
+ Benchmark Amgen's capabilities against industry best practices

+ Partner with Field Effectiveness and Sales Leadership to develop communication and training materials to ensure field representatives understand and adopt Rep Alerts/Suggestions effectively

**Governance & Compliance**
+ Maintain documentation of business rules, model assumptions, and decision logic underlying Rep Alerts/Suggestions

+ Develop and maintain the standards for the Rep Alerts/Suggestions capability
**Measuring Value & Business Impact**
+ Define and execute methodologies to measure the business value of Rep Alerts/Suggestions for a brand
