Functions & Qualifications Overview:
Primary Job Functions:
- Custom report writing, including reviewing specifications, client delivery, and direct client engagement.
- Efficiently manage reporting projects for hedge funds and asset managers.
- Actively engage with internal teams and clients to meet client and internal reporting requirements.
- Effectively work with internal teams to enhance the reporting package.
Candidate Qualifications and preferred attributes :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and the ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations
- Experience with custom report writing. Jasper, Crystal, PowerBI and SSRS are a plus
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Java and/or Python is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and languages
- Working knowledge and deep interest in financial markets and the investment process
- Able to work in a team setting and meet strict deadlines
