Job Description
Warden is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup, but not the boring kind. We're nimble and growing fast in the Shared Living space, where we help coliving & student housing operators to automate and manage their properties.
We do this with a two-headed product - a complex admin panel used by property admins to manage hundreds of properties, and a simpler resident app used by thousands of residents. As industry experts and technology partners, we introduce automation to their manual workflows, plug revenue leakages, and remove inefficiencies.
We’re looking for a GTM Research & Outbound Specialist to enable Growth at Warden. The niche we focus on - Coliving - is a fairly new segment in the old real estate industry. The term "coliving" was first coined in 2019, and there are no research papers dating back further than that. There is a dearth of studies in the world of real estate, with only a handful of reports provided by companies like Savills, Knight Frank, etc. In such a world, doing research is a challenge.
We are looking for a person who can take this challenge head-on.
That’s why we are looking for a Founding Member to join our team who will help us grow the company in the right direction by entering the right markets and going after the right client base.
- Salary : 5 - 8 LPA + Incentives
- ESOPs : To be decided post-probation
- Work Mode : Hybrid work with flexible hours
- Probation : 6 months with full benefits (Remote)
- Joining Date : Immediate
- Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
The role will be remote during the probation period (6 Months). Post that, we’d prefer you to be based in Bangalore with hybrid work, but not mandatory.
- Experience: 2-3 years in market research, strategy, or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS / real estate / proptech.
- Strong foundation in primary & secondary research methodologies.
- Proven ability to perform quantitative & qualitative analysis and convert findings into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with ICP definition, ABM research, and account segmentation.
- Skilled in lead/contact sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to create & deliver reports.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work cross-functionally with GTM and leadership teams.
Primary & Secondary Research
- Conduct comprehensive research across sub-sectors in real estate residential segments like coliving, student housing, and property management, senior housing.
- Gather and analyze reliable data sources though industry reports and surveys.
- Monitor industry news, reports, and databases for potential markets and prospects.
Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to extract actionable insights.
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Develop frameworks for evaluating market size, adoption trends, and revenue potential.
- Study industry shifts, competitor positioning, and technology adoption.
- Produce niche market reports to guide GTM strategies
ICP Development & Segmentation
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across geographies, property types, and company sizes.
- Segment markets based on maturity, adoption likelihood, and growth potential.
- Build targeted account lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound outreach.
Account & Contact Research
- Identify and segment high-potential accounts with precision.
- Source, verify, and maintain accurate lists of C-level decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, CTOs, Heads of Operations, etc.).
- Enrich CRM and outreach tools with verified account and contact intelligence.
GTM Strategy Enablement
- Provide insights to shape go-to-market strategies in new geographies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership on expansion roadmaps, outreach priorities, and channel selection.
- Ensure research directly fuels measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Be part of a category-defining SaaS company in the shared-living space.
- Work directly with founders and leadership on high-impact strategic projects .
