Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment software.
