About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Test Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in REST API testing, BDD, and Cucumber to join our testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies for REST APIs.

What You Will Do

1. Test Development: Develop and maintain automated tests for REST APIs using BDD and Cucumber.

2. Test Execution: Execute tests, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

3. Test Automation: Design and implement automated tests for REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.

4. Test Data Management: Manage test data and test environments, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

6. Test Metrics and Reporting: Assist in developing and maintaining test metrics and reports, providing insights into testing progress and quality.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Technical Skills:

- BDD Behavior-Driven Development) and Cucumber experience

- REST API testing experience

- Test automation frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, REST Assured)

- Programming languages (e.g., Java, Ruby, Python)

2. Testing Experience:

- 3-6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on REST API testing

Role Responsibilities:

3. Contribute to ML operations and utilize Python ML packages for model deployment and monitoring.
4. Leverage tools such as Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Helm to support data science solutions.

Hands on Experience 6-8 yrs. on Development Experience on the ServiceNow Application
ITSM Integration Hub, REST API Experience
Good Understanding of Domain Separation Inside ServiceNow Application Domain
Experience on Scoped App management
Experience in development Lifecycle within Service Now.
Excellent in communication and experience liaising with multi stakeholder environment is a plus
Experience working in ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD, integrations is an added advantage.
Experience on Scoped App management
