Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
- Support business in upselling, cross-selling, and promoting high-margin products.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Support the business in managing the inventory for the exhibition in order to have sufficient stock to achieve the desired target.
2. Sales Strategy

3. Customer service

8. Budgeting and Cost Control
- Manage sales-related expenses, including labor costs, promotional budgets, and commissions.

9. Reporting and Analysis
- Proactively maintain a current awareness of the product activities and status.
- Provide accurate documentation and reporting in a timely manner and involve in process improvement and SOP updates.
- Maintain attendance and movement register to get track of walk-in customers and employees respectively.
