Role Overview: As our Retail Executive, you will be the point-of-contact for CAVA’s presence across offline retail stores. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure that our products are displayed, promoted, and performing at their best in partner stores. You’ll be responsible for monitoring sales, coordinating with store staff, implementing offers, and driving visibility for CAVA on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for all retail partners where CAVA products are sold.
- Track and report daily/weekly sales performance of each retail partners.
- Ensure planogram adherence, stock replenishment, and product display standards in all partner stores.
- Liaise with store managers and floor staff to keep them updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand ethos.
- Execute and monitor offers, schemes, and in-store activations.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit visibility, collect feedback, and resolve on-ground issues.
- Share insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with CAVA’s internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Inventory) to ensure smooth retail operations.
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail operations / sales/ visual merchandising in fashion apparels
- Prior exposure to MBO management or store coordination preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport with store teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel to stores across India.
- A self-starter who enjoys being on the ground and making things happen.
