Sales: Sales & After Sales planning: Business plan formulation
1. Provide inputs in formulating the annual business plan for the watches, fragrances and accessories including developing a roadmap of monetising our after sale service and ensuring that becomes a parallel profit centre. Bringing newness to the current methodology and develop a future looking, automated, horizontally integrated mechanism of setting up business plans and then ensuring that those plans are implemented.
2. Review and provide inputs of the sales performance against the plan religiously and providing inputs to help secondary sales
3. Develop the network expansion strategies on an annual basis in line with the business needs working closely with the respective business managers.

As a **Retail Operations Coordinator**is an individual contributor role that supports the Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) and franchise business in several capacities relating to improving the customer experience & streamlining services. It includes process simplification such as crafting and updating tools for operations functions, encouraging strategic partnerships with various departments, and establishes effective and efficient store experiences.
