Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate located in Pitampura. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting luxury watches and accessories, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include managing inventory, keeping the showroom organized, and handling transactions efficiently. The role requires liaising with the service centre for any customer service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and participating in promotional activities and events.
