- Background in Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure training content meets quality standards.
- Familiarity with technical equipment and tools relevant to the scope of training provided.
- Prior experience in developing training materials and course outlines tailored to technical and compliance needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging technical training sessions to workforce, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of industry standards.
- Develop and update training materials that align with regulatory standards and company practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

- Provide support and guidance in the use and maintenance of technical equipment utilized during training sessions.

JOB DETAILS
One of our clients, a reputed retail pharmacy, is looking out for a pharmacist for their retail outlet based in South mumbai. The job responsibilities are as follows:
1. Check prescriptions to ensure that there are no errors and that they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient.
2. Dispense the medicines as per the prescription.
3. Bill the medicines dispensed and collect cash.
4. Check the expiry date and batch number of the medicine and compare it with the bill entry.
5. Contacting referring physicians offices with questions over prescription.
6. Maintaining inventory of the medicines dispensed.
7. Keep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medication.
8. Handle customer queries, and resolve their issues or initiate appropriate steps such as complaint escalation to relevant departments for resolution.
9. Record all pharmacy transactions and keeping cash registers up-to-date.
10. Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.
11. Maintain confidentiality with respect to customers medical details.

+ Handle Customers and salespersons claims and queries
+ Proven experience in customer service or a related field
+ High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
