We are looking for a passionate and proactive Retail Training Associate who understands the nuances of Indian ethnic wear and has hands-on experience in training store teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about field work, creating effective training content, and building people capability on the shopfloor.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs covering product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, SOPs , and sales techniques.
- Understand the brand’s ethos and effectively communicate it to the frontline and store teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching.
- Create presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids tailored to store roles.
- Drive training for new joiners , along with refresher programs for existing staff.
- Collaborate with retail and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPIs like conversion rates and customer feedback.
- Build a culture of learning and growth within the retail team.
