About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Leasing Manager to manage end-to-end retail property leasing transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between property owners and brand business development managers.
Key Responsibilities
•Property Scouting & Database Management: Identify the right property options, build and maintain a detailed database of property owners, contact numbers, and property specifications.
•Market Research: Conduct in-depth market surveys and competitor analysis to source the best properties for brands.
•Site Coordination: Arrange and manage site visits for brands, coordinating with property owners and brand business development managers.
•Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle negotiations between landlords and brands, manage lease terms, and facilitate smooth deal closures.
•Documentation & Legal Compliance: Review lease agreements, titles, and other legal formalities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•Registration & Brokerage Recovery: Oversee property registration, ensure timely brokerage recovery, and manage surveyors under the transaction manager.
•End-to-End Transaction Management: Take ownership of the leasing cycle from property identification to deal finalization, including post-deal documentation.
Requirements
•Proven experience in retail leasing / real estate leasing (minimum (X years)).
•Strong market knowledge and property scouting skills.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive deals to closure.
•Knowledge of lease documentation, title checks, and legal formalities.
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Background
•Experience in retail property leasing with leading brands, developers, or real estate consultancies.
•Strong network of landlords, property owners, and retail brand contacts.

Delinquency Rotation & Recovery
Housekeeping To work towards minimal delinquency in portfolio.
Follow-up with customers for recovery.
- To monitor rotation of accounts To avoid dropping of limit in customers account, ensure submission of documents like LAD, CAM, etc. To support legal and remedial team for legal actions To work towards keeping Housekeeping parameters under control. Farmer Education and Capacity To conduct village level farmer meetings andBuilding educate farmers on various products offered by bank To make farmers aware of various aspects ofbanking and keep them informed about tools and technology for improving farm production. To educate farmers about debt waivers, cropinsurance & government subsidies. Increased penetration and cross sell Cross sell of other assets and liability products Promotion of digital platforms like NetBanking, Mobile Banking, PayZapp, Insta Alert, Smart Buy, Chillr, etc. Training and Development of SO/HBL To utilize the sales resources (HBL/SO) for optimalsales support. To groom supporting staff and enhancing their skills by imparting regular trainings for better customer relationship dealing. To monitor performance and counseling them fordelivery Relationship with Retail Branches and Liaise with Credit to ensure timely decisioning of Other Stake holders proposals & closure of Housekeeping items. To coordinate with Remedial team for NPA casesand work towards recovery of the same To coordinate with the local Operations team for disbursement Liaise with RBB team for activation of branches for KGC business & for providing best services to customers To liaise with Business Correspondents (BCs) fornew & existing customer relationships Others Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.EducationalQualificationsKeySkills Graduation (preferably Agri Business) Post-Graduation MBA (preferably Agri Business) Sales and Influencing Skills Banking Product & Process Knowledge Planning and Organizing Skills Communication Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
ExperienceRequired
Minimum experience of 1-3 years in a similar role or Sales experience in Seed companies, Fertilizer
companies, Agri Product companies, Banks, etc.
Preferred from Banking Financial Services.
