1. Should have the thorough knowledge of HVAC system (Central plant Air conditioning & Air side system)

4. Should be able to develop commercial proposal based on the Energy audit, detailed BOQ/BOM

5. Should know the key consultants in retrofit business in the region

6. Should be able to bring the sales from key domains such as, Hospitality, IT/ITES, Commercial Real estate, Industrial, Manufacturing and Healthcare segment.

7. Capability to develop new customers and grow on existing customers, focus on thinking process and sales methodology

8. Knowledge on competitors' products, weakness and strength is desirable

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client team and Teknobuilt's internal product and operations teams. Ensure that the project scope is executed as per client requirements and business objectives.

About the role: Act as a mini-CEO of the India entity, ensuring the office delivers on all of the strategic objectives shared by HQ. To lead this strategic initiative, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Operations who will take full ownership to spearhead the new Bengaluru center’s performance. The ideal candidate and dynamic leader will be responsible for operational leadership, cross-functional team management, cost optimization, and technical delivery across business verticals.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can think like an entrepreneur, lead from the front, and align local operations with global standards and strategic direction from the Dubai-based headquarters.


Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence, Center Leadership & People Management:

  • Establish and implement operational processes that align with global standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Dubai HQ and the Bangalore office, ensuring strategic objectives are implemented effectively.
  • Lead the office across core functions: Engineering Audit & Cost Control, IT Technical Support (Microsoft Dynamics ERP), Financial Audit, HR & Admin, and Labor Coordination fostering a high-performance work culture.
  • Ensure that the center’s execution aligns with global business objectives and expectations.

2. Cost Management & Operational Efficiency:

  • Own and manage the center’s P&L, driving global cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.
  • Oversee engineering audit and cost control activities, ensuring BIM models are effectively used for quantity take-offs, BOQ reviews, and cost verifications.
  • Identify and implement best practices in digital construction, project auditing, and model-based workflows to minimize operational costs and maximize output.
  • Enhance project audit readiness and maintain robust internal controls and compliance mechanisms.
