  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Fill finished lines Like: Vial Washer, Tunnel, Filling and capping equipment and Solution preparation equipment’s.
  • Able to set the Fill finished line equipment’s as pe the respective vial or ampoule formats changeover.
  • Troubleshoot on Fill fineish lines and Solution preparation equipment’s.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality protocols.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new instrumentation systems.
  • Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical support and documentation as needed.
  • Support equipment qualification and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).

    - Installation and efficient maintenance of process machinery of Downstream in pharmaceutical industry

    Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Installation & Maintenance Technician specializing in Industrial Equipment to join their operational support team. This is a fully remote position, meaning you will manage your local service calls and provide remote support and oversight for installations and maintenance activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of industrial machinery and systems. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and executing installations of new equipment, often providing remote guidance and quality assurance for field technicians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing complex industrial machinery. You will need to be proficient in reading technical diagrams and blueprints, utilizing diagnostic tools, and adhering to safety protocols. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective communication to coordinate with field teams and clients. While the role is remote, it may require occasional travel to client sites for complex installations or critical maintenance tasks. You will play a vital part in minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency for our clients. Key responsibilities include:
    • Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting for industrial equipment installations and maintenance.
    • Guiding on-site technicians through complex repair and installation procedures.
    • Performing preventative maintenance tasks on various types of industrial machinery.
    • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
    • Ensuring all maintenance and installation activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
    • Documenting service activities, repair logs, and parts usage accurately.
    • Managing inventory of spare parts and ordering replacements as needed.
    • Communicating effectively with clients to schedule service calls and report on progress.
    • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and technologies.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Technical certification or Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
    • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
    • Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote guidance and client interaction.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support when required.
    • Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
