Location: Hyderabad-Walk in only

Experience:4-7

must have:

• experience in Network Administration,
• Experience or knowledge in Cisco Products ( Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points, Ciso Router, Cisco and Nexus switches , Cisco ASA) and Palo Alto firewalls
• Knowledge in Zscalar and Cisco ISE
• Very good hands on knowledge in Routing protocols OSPF, BGP etc.
• Very good knowledge in IOS upgrade on Switches, routers and firewalls.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing the Network issues (Priority Low to Critical)
• Participate in MIM (Major Incident Management) Calls and provide solution/ update on a timely manner
• Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance

Coordinate with Customer Local Site Contact for Hardware/cabling/ WAN link related issues
