Responsibilities
- Drive process assessments for robotics process automation opportunities.
- Identifying new process opportunities accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
- Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail where required and communicate effectively with business counterparts and stakeholders.
- Utilize support from technical team to design RPA solutions in accordance with RPA platform specific design principles and standards.
- Lead the design and delivery of, proof-of-concept RPA solutions to demonstrate the viability of RPA in client environments.
- Lead, or participate in, the development of client strategies for the technical and operating models for RPA
- Drive the configuration and testing of, automated processes prior to deployment into client environments.
- Lead client testing of automated processes through user acceptance testing and pilot process testing.
- Develop and maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures. Documents will include process definition documents (PDD), solution design document (SDD), training documents, etc.
- Problem solving issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Technical Skills/Qualification:
- 6+ years experience in the RPA domain
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Graduate degree in engineering and post graduate degree in management is desirable as educational qualification.
- Candidates with certifications in RPA frameworks such Blueprism ROM (or the likes) preferred
- Candidates with Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred
Personal Traits:
- Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
- Ability and drive to take complete ownership of project through the software development lifecycle.
