Job Description

RPA Solution Architect

• The RPA architect will identify opportunities in existing customer business processes to architect and design RPA frameworks/technology using UiPath.
• The architect will function as an integrator between the business and technology to create solutions for customers based on business requirements.
• This role will provide technical leadership and guidance for RPA developers and other resources during project delivery.

Objective:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA technology solutions using UiPath that will interact with customer systems to automate business processes.

Role:

• Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
• Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized in-scope processes planned under development sprints
• Support pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategy
• Assist sales team as needed to provide customer technical win by acting as technical advisor to customers
• Lead a team of developers through project completion
• Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
• Develop detailed SDD (Solution Design Document)
• Deliver demos, technical training, and support for new/existing customers
• Grow and identify RPA sales opportunities within assigned accounts
• Work with customers to build RPA Center of Excellence (COE) to drive automation pipeline, but not limited to ROI analysis, best practices, and RPA program/project management

Required skills:

• Candidate must have 10+ years of overall experience out of which a minimum of 6 years of experience as a UiPath Developer and 8 years as a Solution Architect
• To be proficient with the following UiPath products - UiPath Studio & Studio Web, Orchestrator, Agentic AI, UiPath Apps, AI Centre & Document Understanding, Integration Service, Automation Hub, Process Mining, and Task Mining
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions
• Architecting enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP applications
• Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
• Certifications with RPA platforms UiPath
• Programming languages: Knowledge of SQL, Java, Python preferred

This offshore-focused role is dedicated to designing and implementing advanced agentic automation solutions for a large healthcare provider, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce Agent Force, Einstein, Microsoft CoPilot, UiPath Agentic Automation, and similar technologies. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Strong background in solution design, platform/tool selection, and technical fit-gap analysis for agentic automation.

Experience integrating AI agents, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI into automation pipelines.

Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

Experience in healthcare provider workflows (revenue cycle, claims, prior auth, clinical ops, patient engagement) is a strong plus.
