Role Overview

● Customer Voice & Advocacy

○ Gather customer insights, case studies, and testimonials.

○ Work with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.

● Analytics & Reporting

○ Define KPIs for product marketing success (adoption, pipeline influence, win rates).

○ Track and report impact of marketing initiatives on product growth.

● Thought Leadership & Content

○ Collaborate with founders, PR, and content writers to establish Open as a fintech thought leader.

○ Drive product-led storytelling (blogs, webinars, industry reports)



Requirements


● 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing (preferably B2B SaaS/Fintech).

● MBA Graduate or equivalent

● Strong background in GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging.

● Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

● Excellent communication & storytelling skills (written + verbal)

● Analytical mindset - ability to measure and communicate product marketing ROI.

● Familiarity with fintech or financial SaaS markets is a plus.

About the Role


We’re looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lead generation, outbound campaigns, and CRM operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Zoho CRM — and has a passion for crafting campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • Find and enrich leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and company websites.
  • Identify high-potential companies and decision-makers for targeted cold calling and outreach campaigns.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns end-to-end — from writing copy and building sequences to booking qualified meetings.
  • Monitor email deliverability and inbox placement to ensure high sender reputation and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize campaign volumes and performance.
  • Write and test personalized outreach emails that get real replies.
  • Run and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to generate engagement and leads.
  • Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain a LinkedIn engagement tracker to track outreach and engagement tasks.
  • Develop and execute creative newsletter ideas to nurture and grow our audience.
  • Analyze campaign metrics — open rates, replies, and conversions — and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and messaging.



What We’re Looking For


  • 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, outbound campaigns, or lead generation.
  • Strong experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Zoho CRM.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability and outbound best practices.
  • Excellent writing skills — able to make outreach feel genuine, not automated.
  • Analytical, curious, and always looking to optimize for better results.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with Lemlist, or similar outbound tools.
