About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Associate – Trust & Safety Engineer to join our Trust & Safety operations at Radix. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting the integrity of our domain name space by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating abusive domain activities. You will collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders to enforce abuse policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and stay ahead of the evolving landscape of DNS threats and cybersecurity risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent analytical and forensic investigation skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to internal and external stakeholders.

3. Compliances Environment Monitoring/ requirements in the organization and submitted within time frame.

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and standards.
• Manage environmental protection measures, including waste and chemical handling.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Maintain EHS records and prepare regulatory reports.
• Develop and update emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Advise management on EHS matters and continuous improvement strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in EHS management.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing safety protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
• Knowledge of industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough risk assessments.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with incident investigation and reporting.
• Proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar are highly desirable.
