We are looking for a motivated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Responsibleto join our team. In this role, you will advise managers on all matters related to health, safety, and the environment, ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support operational managers on workplace safety, environmental protection, and risk prevention.
Management of the personal and equipment available to him .
Ensure the monitor of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 system and full compliance with all legal requirements.
Inspect and monitor compliance with industrial safety, fire protection, and occupational health requirements.
- Identify deficiencies, propose corrective measures, and ensure EHS policies and objectives are met.
- Lead training sessions and raise awareness of environmental protection and hazard management.
- Ensure effective implementation of waste management, hazardous chemicals handling, and accident prevention.
- Promote sustainability by reducing environmental costs (energy, water, paper, copper, etc.).
Support and drive a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence across the organization.
Identify the regulatory texts applicable on the site and ensure their compliance.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HSE or related fields.
- Know the principles of certification: ISO 14001 standards (environment), ISO Occupational Health and Safety).
- Knowledge of improving manufacturing processes.
- Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good English Level.
- Analytical, organized, cooperative, and solution-oriented mindset.
