- Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all employees, including new hires and specialized staff.
- Prepare and submit EHS reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.
- Maintain EHS records, including training logs, inspection reports, and incident reports.
- Promote a positive safety culture through regular communication, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise management on EHS matters and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest EHS legislation, industry best practices, and emerging risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Thorough knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
- Excellent understanding of safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using EHS management software and standard office applications.
- Certification like NEBOSH, OHSAS, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
