- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation safety, compliance, or quality assurance roles, preferably within an airline, MRO, or aviation regulatory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., DGCA CARs, ICAO Annexes) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles.
- Proven experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Aviation Safety Officer (CASO) or similar are highly preferred.
