+ Develops and maintains forecasting models based on sales data, plus other internal and external data
+ Works to continually assess the effectiveness of the sales and clinical teams as well as support cross-functional partners (i.e. Marketing, Health Plan Solutions) and proposes creative solutions to address complex business challenges
+ Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and standardization
+ Conduct data analysis and develop reporting tools to identify business trends and report performance results across sales channels, product lines, payer groups, etc.

Job Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic guidance on PLA and PCA campaigns.2. Campaign Setup and Optimization: Create and manage PLA and PCA campaigns, ensuring proper setup, targeting, and optimization for maximum performance and return on investment.3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of PLA and PCA campaigns, providing clients with regular insights and recommendations for improvement.4. Budget Management: Work with clients to establish and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet campaign objectives.5. Ad Creative Consultation: Collaborate with clients on the creation of compelling and effective ad creatives that align with Flipkart's guidelines and best practices.6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and implement changes to enhance campaign performance.7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and advertising to provide valuable insights to clients.8. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless campaign execution and address client needs.9. Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to PLA and PCA campaigns to ensure a smooth and successful advertising experience for clients.10. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement. Job Description• Create source-to-target mapping based on requirements
• Create rules definitions and transformation logic
• Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency, and problem-solving
• Developing scalable reporting processes and querying data sources to conduct ad hoc analyses/detailed data profiling.
• Research complex functional data/analytical issues, good troubleshooting skill • Gather business requirements for analytical applications in iterative/agile development model.• Assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
