· Convert qualified student inquiries into successful applications and deposits for U.S. partner universities.
· Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Sales to implement marketing and recruitment strategies.
· Deliver first-class student counselling, from initial enquiry through application, visa guidance, and pre-departure.

once you closed 10 deals you can get 5 % Incentive for every close deal size is 3000 Rs
20 close per Month = 3000 Rs + Base Salary ( 2000 Rs )
once You Closed 50 Deals total n in per Month You Can get 7 % incentive ,
once You closed more than 100 deals Total Not in Per Month You cac Get 10 % incentive
Now 20 close per Month = 6000 Rs incentive + 3000 Rs base salary ( 9000 rs per Month )
