Job Purpose:

The Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance and Logistics. This position is mainly focused on the processing of Sales Order requests from Sales team for various vendors or processing PO requests from the Sales Order team and releasing the PO to various vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • To validate supporting document and process Sales/Purchase Order requests based on vendors (line cards) and country's requirement
  • To ensure required approvals are in place (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check)
  • Responsible to clear the order requests queue within SLA
  • Submit PO request upon Purchase Requisition Number generated
  • Ensure release of completed PO to vendors within SLA

  • To follow up with vendor on order status and estimated time of arrival

  • Communicate to Logistic team on vendor's delivery requirement

  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Business, IT, Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Possesses strong data entry skills.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Malay
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

    Experience with Power BI, CRM platforms, and business analytics is a plus.     Roles & Responsibilities:

      Collaborate with sales representatives to gather content and understand the objectives of each presentation.

    • Provide insights into revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and campaign performance using CRM tools.
    • Monitor customer lifetime value, churn rates, and other key customer metrics using CRM tools and various data sources.
    • Visualize sales performance, trends, and KPIs through dashboards and reports.
    • Coordinate with sales, finance, marketing, and legal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Deliver detailed reports on campaign effectiveness to help refine sales strategies.

    Qualification, Experience & Skills:

      Preferred master’s degree or MBA (in Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.) or in any stream
    • 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, business analysis, and presentation design roles.
    • Proven experience in creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations for sales or executive-level audiences.
    • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Canva, Figma and Google Analytics is a plus.
    • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.

    Purpose of Role: As the Sales Enablement Engineer, you'll be the vital link between our technical brilliance and our market success. Your mission is to transform intricate technical details into captivating sales materials that resonate with our customers.

    You'll work hand-in-hand with our engineering, product development, and sales teams to gather essential insights, refine content, and craft proposals that shine. By leveraging cutting-edge tools and best practices, you'll ensure every piece of collateral is not only accurate and on-brand but also designed to captivate and engage our buyers, driving our revenue growth to new heights.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal & Content Management: Oversee the creation and on-time delivery of proposals, maintain and update content libraries and templates, and manage pricing tools while ensuring accurate documentation and risk controls.

  • Project Kick-off & Handover: Coordinate with implementation teams to initiate projects and prepare clear, comprehensive handover documents for seamless execution.

  • Sales & Operations Support: Provide expert guidance to sales teams, manage part numbers and BOMs, and drive adoption of digital processes to facilitate business development and track opportunities.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze proposal and order data to extract key insights and produce concise, accurate sales reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.


  • Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in proposal creation for SaaS or industrial automation, with a strong ability to document formal business processes, rules, and workflows.

  • Demonstrated capability to quickly learn and useCRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Solid understanding of formal business process documentation techniques and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

    Job Purpose:

    The Order Processing Coordinator is a primary point-of-contact for Sales Teams, Country Operations Lead, Finance and Logistics. This position is mainly focused on the processing of Sales Order requests from Sales team for various vendors or processing PO requests from the Sales Order team and releasing the PO to various vendors.

    Responsibilities:

  • To validate supporting document and process Sales/Purchase Order requests based on vendors (line cards) and country's requirement.

  • To ensure required approvals are in place (GTC/ECCN/DPC/Credit Check)

  • Responsible to clear the order requests queue within SLA.

  • Submit PO request upon Purchase Requisition Number generated.

  • Ensure release of completed PO to vendors within SLA.

  • To follow up with vendor on order status and estimated time of arrival

  • Communicate to Logistic team on vendor's delivery requirement.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Business, IT, Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

  • Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
