About the role:
As an Analyst - Business Transformation, you are expected to:
- Develop a strong understanding of our business environment focusing on end to end quote to cash lifecycle and opportunity management
- Engage with cross functional teams and act as internal consulting partner to understand pain-points related to their business model and operational processes
- Act as a thought partner to workstream leads, supporting execution, stakeholder alignment and change management across transformation programs.
- Develop design documentation e.g. SOPs, system requirements, user journey maps etc.
- Identify solutions to the pain-points using logical thinking, problem solving skills and leveraging better use of data & technology

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience , with suitable educational qualifications
